It is expected that the talk itself will begin at 8.30pm and last an hour to hour and a half with questions after if anyone has any. There will also be a tour of our facilities including the new reptile ward, which is very near completion (pictures to follow).

May 2011      New Exotics Ward

We are currently in the process of installing a dedicated exotics ward at our Hayes clinic to include a number of vivariums and tortoise tables of different sizes catering for our reptile in-patients. All will be provided with thermostatically controlled heating, UV lighting and appropriate ventilation for the species in question from arboreal lizards to large snakes, and also appropriate accommodation for tortoises and other chelonians. We will also have a separate room for birds as well as facilities for isolation of infectious patients. The importance of separate facilities for birds and reptiles in particular is paramount in that most are prey species and can get stressed by the presence of dogs, cats and general activity in the hospital environment. We will add photos of our new setup very soon once completed so please visit again for updates.....

May 2011      Feltham Refurbishments

Our Feltham clients will have noticed lots of activity in recent weeks as we renovate and redecorate the clinic, and extend our cattery facilities in the rear of the building. We are extremely grateful for your patience and cooperation during the upheaval, we hope it hasn't impacted too much on your visit, and hope you and your pets will be pleased with the results! Pictures to follow......

If you have enquiries regarding our new extended cattery facilities please call us at the Feltham branch on 0208 8937888.

April 2011  New Conference Facilities

We have been busy making renovations at our main clinic in Hayes over the past few months. One of the exciting changes is our large new conference room which we will be using for staff training, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) meetings and client evenings. We are currently planning a series of complimentary talks covering all aspects of pet ownership including preparing for a new pet, preventative healthcare and choosing the best insurance in case things go wrong. We will also be running a series of lectures on more applied veterinary topics such as geriatric cat and dog care, pet nutrition and obesity or dental hygiene and disease in pets. There will also be a series of Exotics evenings planned covering common issues encountered in these species.

Please check our website, waiting rooms and local media for announcements on these talks.............
